Mr. Terl began his Federal Health IT career as a proposal manager and leverages that expertise to manage business development and lead our team to success. Mr. Terl has excelled in facilitating strategic business relationships as well as assembling multi-functional teams and leading the planning, production, and delivery of proposal responses from kickoff to contract award. Mr.Terl will oversee business and proposal stage development to ensure all government requirements are met and that our proposed solutions exceed expectations. By using his in-depth knowledge of the Federal Health IT marketplace, along with his 15 years of technical writing as well as capture and proposal management experience, Matt will continue supporting EMKS’s dynamic corporate growth.
