Melvin Petty
Mr. Melvin Petty is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of ERP International, LLC. He was already a pro at executive-level technical, operational, and financial management, but he had an even bigger dream: Starting a company that could become a leading comprehensive science, health, and technology provider to Federal Agencies.
More than 10 years later, Mr. Petty’s dream has come true. After cofounding the company in 2016 with his wife, Mrs. Sandra Petty, ERP has grown to include more than 450+ employees across 40 satellite offices, leveraging innovative solutions and business process outsourcing to create value-based business solutions. These efforts have so far helped ERP to execute more than 200 Federal contracts in 40 plus states.

Michael S. Snyder
A self-motivated, highly effective leader, Mr. Mike Snyder brings senior executive experience with over 40 years of progressive experience managing large budgets and programs in health care delivery and information systems. His background includes improving operations, growing businesses, and maximizing financial success through achievements in customer service, organizational effectiveness, and programmatic efficiencies. Mr. Snyder leverages his extensive professional experience in both the commercial and federal sectors to bring value to clients. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who is dedicated to improving processes and performance in critical business and IT initiatives. Mr. Snyder believes success is ultimately about developing solutions that not only deliver the required capabilities but also exceed user expectations to provide better information and improved business processes.
